That's gonna be one hell of a bullet drop if it even makes it out of the barrel.

De-primed, Neck sized and tumbled sixty 270 win. cases. I'm very pleased how my walnut media turned out after a shot of chrome polish.

Reloaded 50 cases of my .308 long range load: Sierra 155 SMK Palma, 46.3 gns. IMR 4064, Lapua brass, and CCI BR-2s. (This load is way over book maximums, but safe in my gun with no pressure signs). Guesstimates put me well above 2900 FPS. Please do not merely copy this load, work up to it!

Also loaded 25 rounds of 6.5x47mm Lapua: 123 SMK, 37.4 gns. Varget, Lapua Brass, and Remington 7 1/2. Velocity is at 2950 and performs well out to 1000 yards.

It's a Gempro 250. Has true .02gr resolution.

You can also pick up half-tenth resolution on an RCBS/Ohaus 1010 if it's adjusted/tuned up right.

Velocity-wise, that's a standard target load for 38 Spl 148gr HBWC loads. Gives around 760-780 fps out of each of my Model 14s and K-38s.

^ Ah Link, I would say mine is organized chaos & your's is an organized disaster!
If I had more space in the garage, I would give you a run for your money.

Now you need to get a separate ammo locker & put a few more guns in that safe..

Trimming .308 cases. 75 trimmed and prime so far, about 250 to go.

Already have 150 rounds loaded and ready for my first .308 upper that gets here Monday.

Next weekend I'm taking the chronograph out for the first time, so I'll be loading up test loads of .308, .30-06, 6.8SPC and 5.56 all week to test varies powder and bullet combinations in my rifles.

...and, just picked up 1200-1500 .223/5.56 cases off Craigslist for $25, so the first 300 or so are in the tumbler now. It's gonna be a lot of sorting, trimming and resorting. Should be able to add about 300-400 cases to my "match" case stash, though, and load up another 1000 plinking rounds.

If you'll look closely, you'll see sharks teeth painted on the forearm of that shotgun. I recall seeing pictures of it with it's P-51 Mustang themed paint job. Very cool.

Ahhhh, had a good weekend. Saturday I spent hours out in the desert playing with Jeeps n guns. I had .38, .44 spl, .44 mag, and .45 rounds I'd worked up and it was time to test 'em out. Plus wanted to check out some new 12 ga stuff I had recently bought, run my factory evil black rifle ammo through the chrono for baseline, and also run some trails and shoot chit! Breeze was light, it was only about 90*, and nobody else was around. Perfect! Hundreds of rounds through many weapons and the Wolf primers were perfect.

Came home last night, downloaded the chrono data, put it all in a spreadsheet and started reviewing the numbers and the notes I'd made while shooting each powder level. Picked the good load for each and started prepping brass while putting my load data in my reloading log. I got up today and turned this...

Into this...

Using this...

I made 1200 rounds today:
100 .45 w/ Hornady 185 gr SWC I'd gotten somehow
200 .38 w/ Berry's 158 gr RN
300 .44 Mag w/ Hornady 240 gr XTP
600 .44 Spl w/ Hornady 240 gr XTP

Another good day, the press ran fine, powder flowed correctly, case feeder was flawless, and I didn't screw up a single round.

I also learned that you don't wanna tumble .38 brass with .44 brass as they lock together and don't clean properly.

60 rounds of 30-06 in match-prepped, once fired, LC brass using CCI 200, BR-2 and #34 primers and IMR-4064. Bullets are Nosler 155 J4's and Barnes TTSX 150's. All destined to be shot from an M1903A3 or Garand thru an Oehler 35 for load velocity testing. J4's for match shooting and the Barnes for a hunting application.

300 rounds of 9mm Luger using 124 gr Xtreme RN bullets, Titegroup and CCI 500 primers. My standard load for IDPA in 9mm.

After months of brass prep, it's finally cool enough in the garage for some serious reloading. Fall and winter in CA are the best times of the year to reload.

That's the coolest shotgun I've seen in a while.

Loaded 1k rounds of 38 Super in an hour and a half including roll sizing.

Finished tumbling and sorted about 1500 5.56/223 cases by headstamp. About 900 IMI, 400 WCC, 200 .223 and a handful of CJ and LC. The .223, WCC and CJ cases will get decapped and sized on the Loadmaster. The LC and IMI will get hand decapped, sized, trimmed and sorted by weight for precision loads. That'll give me about 2500 plinking cases and about 1000 for precision loads, plus the 1500 plinking rounds I already have loaded.

Got 1 box of .308 Win and 10 boxes of Remington 6.8SPC 115gr MC ammo from UPS today. That'll give me about 400 6.8 cases and about 800 .308 cases to work with. Need to order some AA2200 powder for the 6.8 before I load up any quantity there.

Just picked up another 300 .308Win cases. Half of them are in the tumbler now.
