OP.. you do know there are reasons why they limit posts in the market place correct? IT IS SO PEOPLE LIKE ME DON'T OPEN A CAN OF WOOPASS ON YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE BUMPING YOUR FRIENDS THREADS.. WHILE MINE SITS THERE WITH ONE BUMP A DAY BECAUSE I FOLLOW THE RULES!

So please leave and create your own forum that allows unlimited bumps.. see how long it lasts moron.

Lol I just sat down with an attorney too, we then went and hiked Mt Everest while discovering the cure for cancer. Oh by the way my attorney called your attorney and wanted to say hes a poopy face.

Oh wait that was all made up like your imaginary attorney. You are such an idiot. This is a publicly VIEWABLE site you moron. Just like you can publicly view a football game on TV... but guess what, the second you go into the stadium and start breaking the rules of the stadium.. you bet your *** you are going to get thrown out dumb****.

Get a life and if you want to bump some stupid ad for your gun, make your own website where you can bump it all you want. See how long your website lasts. You think Ebay would have lasted if there were no rules? You are truly the dumbest person on this planet.

Is that the legal term for 'death by riding a Hayabusa'?

Dude grow up. Your 1stA right doesn't allow you to post material not appropriate to the members as determined by the Moderators. You have no right to agree to a private groups policy, then violate them.

Or are you saying I can join the Boy Scouts in order to scream ****** at the meeting in front of the children? Really is that what you were taught?

Can I sign my daughter up for the Girl Scouts so I can show little girls pictures of naked men....really is this what you were taught was part of your 1stA freedoms?

The Owners and Moderators have set a standard. You need to understand it.

I have gotten my account locked for stupid stuff and loosing my temper too. Get over it. Its their house, its their rules.

I sat with an attorney too.

We had beer, got a little tipsy, he groped one of the waitresses and we had to leave.

I'd like to warn everyone that I have retained Harvey T. Birdman, Attorney at Law.

If anyone is thinking of encroaching on my first amendment rights on CGN, I'm confident that the law firm of Sebben & Sebben would be happy to talk to you.

This should be an interesting fight since this involves the principles that might govern airwaves so to speak and could set new rules and court decisions. When does something go from a private club to a public venue? And in that crossing over when does the first amendment rights come into play? When is something exposed to the public over "airwaves", meaning internet transmission lines, cross the line from private party to public domain and thus first amendment rights in this country? Is joining a private club that requires prior membership, passwords, and restrictions any different than something that is out for public viewing such as calguns? This could turn into a real donnybrook if he is able to bring the ACLU in on it. This may be one more fight for the government to use against gun owners and internet sites. be careful about what you provoke folks.

This would have been a much shorter thread had someone just explained it to the OP in terms he can understand.

Just because I agree to your "terms and conditions" to enter whatever sleazy night club (private property yet open to the public) you stand in front of does not mean that once inside I can steal the beer and piss on the bar or even *****slap the moron bouncers. "Rulez iz rulez kid."

I tried to spell the rest of it like you kids speak these days but I couldn't proof read it.

You do have 1st amendment rights on a forum. The government cannot stop you from posting your opinions on the Internet.

The owners of this website have 4th and 5th amendment rights that allow them to be free of intrusion from the government and to run this site in virtually whatever way they see fit. If that means deleting your posts. So though you can exercise that 1st amendment right as much as you want, the owners of this site can and will delete your content and/or ban you from the site for doing so when they find it appropriate, and because of their rights, the government will not intervene to enforce your rights.

All civil rights are limited. You can't yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater, you can't yell "There is no God!" in a church, and you can't come on to Calguns and yell "Kestryll is a nazi!" ...Well, I guess you can but you will probably not be allowed to post here with that kind of behavior.

I hear ya, man, it's really hard for me to put up with people using "grown up", intelligible words instead of relying on their vast 4-letter-word vocabulary; another frustrating thing to put up with is that the name-calling, personal attacks and immature bicker-fests are kept to a minimal. And the "censoring" of adult images is just terrible, that's led to a bunch of women & high-schoolers getting involved...and it makes people that show up actually spend time discussing firearms...OH NOES!!!

Would you actually suggest the mean CGN rules are infringing on your rights or are they tailoring a 'private property' to fit the needs of a specific group?

Can we expect a 10:00am televised press conference at some point in the near future?
