Default Best AR 80% Jig ? ?

Who makes is the best AR Jig and where do I get one ?
I wikk be using Colfax Tactical 80%
His Jigs are Aluminum, so I am worried about it getting worn from
the Milling and Drill bits.

Ive used Tacticals, and Willie's blue jig. I like the Blue jig better. Easier to use with good instructions. I made 3 lowers already with mine.

It"s CNC machined aluminum. He sell all the plates and hardware seperatly also in case one gets screwed up. Just take your time and it should all be cool.

All the jigs I've seen and used will work just fine. Tactical Machining jigs do have steel bushings, but unless your going to do 20 lowers the others are fine.

Nathan usually tells you a longer period than what it really is back ordered. Tactical Machining is really good to work with and I also agree on the blue JIG from the guy in Riverside, even though I have the TM JIG. It seems the blue one can handle some that the TM can't, Quentin Defense comes to mind due to their strengthened design. I'm going to do my first lower this weekend using the blue JIG. Personally, I don't use the top plates anymore, except for the trigger cut (I have a mill).

BTW - what did TM charge to anodize the lower?

Ditto. I use one plate just to scribe the lines. Rest is done by eye and with a micrometer.
