I got it from Ammo Bros. I didn't have the time to build it myself. I needed to just go get one so I could try to make a grip for it.

I think it is a pretty good one. As AK's go anyway.

Thanks for the compliment.

I think it was $550 to $600 if I remember correctly. It is nice. They had some cheaper ones, but I wanted one that was a bit better.

You should market a wood MM grip for the AK's, MM. It would almost be enough for me to want an AK, then.

Looks nice MM my next AK will have one on it I think the black one looks cool since most AK's have the US made black PG.The AR15 looks kinda funny with the MM but the AK still looks evil with the MM.

heres my romy build. *NOTE* this is using the morepoop4u mag lock (which i got yesterday) and i highly recommend it!!! its easy, and hes a very efficient bussinessman.

im especially proud of the front handguard. mine is one of the few ones i see wihtout an unnatural bulge in the wood where people cut off the foregrip.

the wood is alot nicer in person too....

Thanks to JP, Rsslvr for the mag and a big thanks to James Maddux for the build! Since I had to play the compliance parts game I figured I'd buy a Krinkov muzzle brake and see how it looked.

This thread is given me a twitch. With my addictive personality, the last thing I needed was another picture thread to help me confuse my wants with my needs. Beautiful hardware folks.

No, Chinese. Even got a hundred round drum to keep her fed properly. Not the prettiest but gets the job done. She hasn't been shot in a couple of years now. Still have 1400rnds of ammo from when it was $80/case!

The thread title doesn't say 7.62x39mm... 7.62x51 also qualifies as 7.62.

But, there are a number of different H&K receivers for different calibers. I believe it's the HK-94 frame that's set up for firing 223, for instance.
