Lightbulb Program that reads out loud forum posts?

So I'd think it'd be cool to have one of those text-to-speech programs read through a thread. Are there any programs out there tailored for this? I googled, but nothing very relevant. It doesn't seem too hard considering all forums basically use the same format, but maybe there is no demand?

I'm interested because it'd be cool to have a program read me entire threads as I'm reloading.

Text to speech gets annoying real fast, trust me on this. If you want to do it though just do a good search for text to speech and you'll find lots of software. Windows 7/Vista have this feature included, just type "Narrator" in the start menu.
