Guys the issue has been resolved. The first 2 payments came in yesterday and the last ones today. Why it took so long I don't know but its done. I thank all of you for your opinions and I thank Artherd for helping me as much as he could on this matter. In my humble opinion some one from Gunpal's operation side should have phoned me I understand that they don't have phone support but after a week and a half a call would have been appreciated. My fustration came from the generic e-mails I received and instead of the normal 24 hr. communication response it took them 2-3 days. With that being said this matter is closed and I hoe everybody that sent me mail about not getting their payments ended up getting them. Once again thank you.

I have had a similar problem with Gpal. I transferred funds form Gpal on April 30th. I have yet to get my money. I put my initial claim in on May 6th. I received this response.
Although GUNPAL processed Bank Withdrawals immediately, the funds must then travel the US Banking to reach your Checking account. This process usually takes between 2-5 Business Days, however it can take longer if one of the intermediary institutions or the RDFI (your bank) pauses to inspect the transaction. This is especially common with newer accounts and/or large dollar value transfers. We understand that this can be quite frustrating- and we share your concern. If it has been more than 5 Business Days and you still do not see funds posted to your CHecking Account please contact us with the Transaction ID, date and amount of withdrawal, and we can initiate a Trace. (Be advised that a Trace takes several days for us to get an answer, if you receive funds in the meantime please let us know ASAP.)
On the 11th still no sign of my money. I made another claim. I received a phone call saying they would put a trace on the funds, and they would get back to me. I also received this email.
GUNPAL processes withdrawals the same day we receive your request, we are not drawing any interest on this money, in-fact it left our accounts the day you initiated the transfer.

7 Days is on the very outside of our funding window, in-fact 90% of our transfers complete within 3 business days. I will initiate a Trace and investigate what happened. Please let us know ASAP if you do see the funds post.

I have never heard anything back, I have sent two more messages with no reply.
Go to www.riverofguns.com search Gunpal see what you find. There are alot of these complaints out there.
I applaud Ben for having such a great reputation for being a Gun Advocate, but that isn't worth a crap if I sell off a gun to pay bills, and my money is held up for over two weeks. I bet he has his 3.5% already. I doubt he had to wait two weeks for his money.

As of this morning May 17th I have still not received my money or the results of the trace I was promised. I did my transfer on April 30th, and I was promised a money trace on May 11th.
I have entered three support tickets. I haven't heard back from them at all since the 11th. No response at all on the last three emails I sent them.
I have publicly asked for Ben to answer for his mistakes, I contacted him via PM on here, and he has not responded to me at all. Yet he has time to get on different forums and pitch his upcoming debit card program.
If this is the type business you want to support, and defend, go right ahead. I will take my business to someone who wants it enough to respond to the issues at hand.
I could have waited for a personal check to clear by now.

I've done a couple transfer's from GunPal to my bank accounts and have had no problems.
On Sunday, 9 May, I transfered money from both PayPal and GunPal and both arrived at my Credit Union account within 3 days time.
But then my accounts and I are all located within California boundries, don't know if that makes a difference, shouldn't.

nah thurman and i live less than 30 mins away from each other in socal and the transaction took 2+ weeks to clear. had i known, i would've just dropped the cash off and picked up.

from what i can tell, the problematic transactions were all on april 29th or 30th. end of the month cycle issues?

I did a few transactions through Gunpal with no problems, but now it is two weeks and counting for $1350.00 I had transferred to my account. I have received just one response by email saying they were doing a trace. Nothing since then.

I am a part time gun dealer AND a full time banker. There is absolutely no reason why a transfer should take that long. Clearly a mistake was made, but even so, it should never take this long to research it. Needless to say, I have serious doubts about the way "Gpal" does business. I get that they dont have phone support, but I happen to think that losing $1350 of MY money deserves a phone call.

2 weeks today! Nothing. Emails.... Nothing. I will email them every day until they take it seriously. Its a shame. I had high hopes for Gunpal. I had hoped that my 3% fees could go toward something worthy to our interests, but it looks as though I will have to go back to processing credit cards the old fashioned way. Never had any issues there.

Holding people's money without answering for it constitutes a personal attack in and of itself in my opinion. I dont know you or the guy you are talking to or the guy who runs Gunpal, but it seems an awful lot of you are rushing to Gunpal's defense.

I just checked the link posted by the other guy and it seems this is not an isolated problem.

What I am saying is that unless its YOUR money that is missing you should butt out.

Im not one for personal attacks myself, but I gotta say, if I dont get results, and soon, I could definately say some ugly things.

An issue occurred with a 3-rd party processor during our name change that has affected approximately 2 dozen users, delaying their availability of funds withdrawn from their accounts. We have corrected the issue, and the OP in this case has confirmed he has received his funds. If you have not yet and you are over 7 business days please PM me and get ahold of support and we will work with the banks to get this corrected ASAP.

I have to report that my money was posted to my account today. Exactly 2 weeks and one day.

I hope any that are still waiting get their money soon.

I may give Gunpal another shot. If the name change was the problem then it should be cleared up. They definately need to clean up the customer service.

We will have phone support very soon. We've found what caused this problem and have solved it. It was aggravated by the name change and will not reoccur thanks to the steps we've implemented.

Well, the day has finally arrived. Yes its true. My money was deposited into my account this morning. 18 days for an electronic wire transfer. That has to be some kind of record. Now its just a matter of whether or not Ben will do anything to make it up to me and the others that were inconvenienced by this.

I also have a 14 day old $1500 plus transaction with the same problem. Pm has been sent and 2 service tickets have been opened. Sounds like a problem with the name change as stated but holy crap it is worrisome for when I have bills to pay.

still nothing here, they have become unresponsive. I respond to every email I get from them and nothing happens. They send me another note after I open my 2nd complaint saying I am not receiving there emails. I open a 3rd support request and have not heard anything. I cut and pasted all the notes from earlier into that note to get them all the info and no response.

Gunpal not hearing me on this?

Gpal has always been up to par with me. I've received a 3K payment faster than Paypal has ever been. I'm not a shill for Ben but his service is working for me.

No problem with your supporting Gpal. This is hopefully a never to be repeated incident.

I have received a email, finally, that confidently shows they are working on it.

Maybe Gunpal needs their own section so people can post their issues/ concerns there.

From what I am reading everyone is blaming GP for a bank's error or policy.

You are handing a check to a guy who is walking to the store and buying an item for you. Its not his fault the Store-owner, the Store-owner's bank and your bank can't do things as quick as you want, or even as quick as they did it that last time.

GP is a great service. When things happen and problems arise just work through them. Yes, it sucks when things don't go as planned, but getting pissed doesnt help. Its like yelling at a waiter because the cook didn't get your order right.
