Default WTB -40 Cal Handgun in SF Bay Area

I'm new to the forum and want to buy a handgun in 40. Cal. Looking to spend no more than $600 or so. I would like to find an FFL in the area that is not overly expensive. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS IN ADVANCE to all replies

This is slightly over your budget, but many folks consider the HK USP the premier 40. It retails near $1000, but this one can be yours for $700 out the door (I'll pay for your transfer in Sunnyvale).
