Default Barrucuda for dinner

I defrosted 5 pounds of barracuda I caught in August/September last year and am going to have it for dinner.

Any suggestions on recipes for it?

I usually soak in Teriyaki for 15 ins than cook it skin side down on the grill and flip it when it is done to seal in the juices.

I will get pics tonight.

Poor lemon juice, garlic and salt all over it. Open trash can and throw it in, call for pizza delivery.

Grill/broil it. Marinate it in Japanese miso soup for an hour then grill it up. Serve with lemon juice and steamed rice.

If it was bled and put on ice right after you caught it, it should take good almost any way you cook it. fry it, smoke it, make ceviche

Lemon juice, butter, chopped onion, garlic salt and a little zuchini/ summer squash. Wrap all in tin foil and throw on the BBQ

The thing is we've seen what you're willing to eat, therefore your sense of taste is suspect.
