Default Sig Sauer P220 Magazine question?

Just bought my first sig sauer today the sig p220 R3 in .45 acp, was wondering does anyone no if the ACT-mag/novak 8 round magazines will they work with this gun just curious cause everywhere i look it up it says P220 but never has the R3 designation I just ordered two of these magazines hope i dint buy the wrong ****...... Some insight would be very much appreciated.

Heads up this is the wrong section.

With that those mags are fine. Stay away from the ProMags for your Sig. Best are factory Sig mags.

I have a 220 and have tried training with a Promag magazine. Serious issues with the follower and getting it to seat correctly. Could not get that magazine to work to save my life so I just ended up throwing it away.

I have been using my novaks for about 2 years on duty. Never had any problems with them.

Consider yourself very lucky. All I know is that I would not depend on these mags for anything.... Like I said I threw mine away....

Yep, Promag SUCK...threw mine away while at the range got some weird looks for throwing away a mag i just took out of the wrapper
