I wish I had the skills to do foam like that.

I brought it into a store called Case Club and they did it for me.

You can get similar results by creating your own electric wire cutter.

There was a tutorial on AR15 on how to make a cutter.

I just got a Pelican 1550 from my girlfriend for Christmas for my pistols. I think I might just do the simple pluck-n-pull for now. :/

Love mine. That puppy has the same white patch my 86 pounder does. No pics with my AR yet.

Posted this on another thread so sorry for redundancy but I am excited about being done (for now) putting it together.
I assembled the rifle (which is my first AR) back in September as a real basic one however I kept seeing things I liked, and wanted, and so it goes... Just got the last few parts together and I am finally happy with how it looks.
Specs: High Standard lower
BCM carbine length upper w/ auto bolt carrier group and charging handle
Troy drop in 2 piece handguard
Troy folding rear battle sight
Troy modular combat grip
Vortex Strikefire red dot

Attachment 128661

Attachment 128662

Attachment 128665

Put about 500 rounds through her and performed flawlessly so far. Already planning the next build.... let the addiction begin I know. It is going to be a 20" M16A2 clone using a PSA rifle kit. Now it is a matter of finding the funds!

She likes it! It's a BCM midlength 16" on a Spikes lower with Ergo grip, CTR stock, and EOTech XPS2.
Just an FYI but your front Magpul front site is backwards.

Sorry but I am getting sick of your same picture in widescreen. Yes yes we see it now downsize the picture.
