Perhaps somebody who's really in the know about BATF could post a list of questions we could/should ask.

I would only have a couple of questions. How do they enforce 922r and what makes something a US part. And the other question is what is an 80% receiver and how is 80% defined.

I would like to ask if they could kindly reclassify the Noveske KX3 as a compensator rather than a flash hider. Its purpose is to make range time a lot more pleasant for people by deflecting blast and noise forward, not the apparent "crime" of "flash hiding" which CA and NY insist is something evil.
