Default AAC Black Out Problems

Anyone have a problem with these?

I love the AAC Blackouts, However on my 3 rifles they came loose after shooting just 40 or so rounds through them! What gives???

I installed it by degreasing the threads on my barrel and threads of the AAC, applied the ROCKETSETT stuff and let sit for 48 hours before shooting....

Any ideas? Thanks guys.

Are you torquing it on to at least 15ft-lbs?
The rocksett is not a threadlocker.
It's a high heat, low strength adhesive.
