I saw on another thread (I can't remember where) a list of Penal Codes for misdemeanors that people lose their gun rights for. Just for the sake of curiousity, does anybody have a list of the names of those offenses? Losing gun rights for a misdemeanor just sounds...odd.

I still wonder; how you can loose a constitutional right for a misdemeanor?

is it a state issue or a federal issue? is one state making misdomeanors a way for you to lose your rights while another state does not?
