IBM barrel dated 43 gages just above 2.5 @ muzzle

I'm not for sure. Are you refering to the stamp on the barrel or the stock?
I had to pay about 150-200 bucks for a Winchester stock with stamps.

Soo... please excuse me for asking, but this is C&R (cash and carry) eligible right? What condition is the bore in? Any areas of pitting on the carbine? Thanks.

Yes C&R.....
Muzzle wear just above 2.5,
No pits to my knowledge. Is there any specific areas I should look for?
