I've got a web page on carrying cases for the Savage 24C Camper's Companion take-down O/U. It's a quirky little gun with a small but dedicated following, and I just updated the page with some info from other 24C owners, if anyone's interested.

I've also got some info on scoping the Universal M1 Carbine, another quirky, cheap gun.

You might be interested in a how-to I posted for making a case for the Browning take-down .22:

I'm not sure if the 24 would fit in this particular case, but you can get the idea.

That is a very informative site. Thank you. How is the accuracy on this savage? I have a Rossi matched pair for my son. It came with 2 barrels and a padded case that zipped around 3 of the 4 sides. It has 2 pockets as well and looks to be large enough for a 20 gauge. The padding is also adequate. It is the sandwich style case.

That's a great-looking case! I like the fitting and the hard-side protection; this would let you put it into a big suitcase for airline carry, which is how I like to carry mine when flying. I'd like to link to that thread on my case page, if you don't mind.

It's decent, but not great. The two barrels aren't well regulated to each other, so you have to sight in to one or the other. There have been some folks who but a pair of flip-up sights on the dovetail to get around this.

Some of them are finicky about 20 gauge ammo, and mine gives light strikes on ammo with a recessed primer. I'm working on a project to extend the firing pin a bit. More fodder for the web page.

So many projects, so little time...

No problem. If you want, go ahead and pull the text and photos and host them on your page. Credit for the write-up is all I ask.
