Default Reproduction Krag Stocks available!

At Boyd's:

http://www.boydsgunstocks.com/US-KRA...f-stk-w-si.htm
http://www.boydsgunstocks.com/US-KRA...ag-hg-w-si.htm

They are semi-inletted. I ordered one for myself, still waiting on it. I will need someone to help me inlet the stock and fit it to my rifle, but I'm glad I will be able to put a new stock on my old rifle.

Just a heads up for you guys who are interested.
-Nic

HeyZeus-
Those look real nice. Only thing is that I needed one for a full-length rifle, not for a carbine. Too bad, because the Macon stocks look like they have some gorgeous figure.

I'm sure they can custom make one for you, a family business like that.

I was givin a Krag for helping a buddy. It was sporterized. I bought a stock from Macon. Yes it is a carbine version. For me it worked. I am not real good with wood though. Had a heck of a time inleting and fitting the stock. I was going for that old time original look.

Looks like yours came out real nice, HeyZeus.
I'm not gonna do the inletting myself, as I have no experience with it. Figure I'll just pay a pro to do it.
