Yes, factory 10-rounders are available, and it's easy to build 10-rounders out of 30 and 50 rounders. I was planning on doing so myself but am selling the 50 round rebuilt kits due to the theft of my PS90.

I've seen Radd's AR57 lock in person--it works great!

Only a handful of SCAR on the market and even less available for Californians.

Looks like if there will be a magazine locking device, then it will be a custom job instead of production model. But still need to get a hold of a rifle first to produce anything.
