OMG! Is that a chopped barrel with a 4.5 inch permanent flash hider? That is the coolest idea for a 10/22, you get good velocity at that barrel length too.

I was originally here to ask questions and get info of centerfire rifles but here one of my rimfires that I put together.

Its a tapco stock and a utg rail set up. The tapco stock and the rail have both been modded so that way the bottom rails line up. (the bottom half of the utg rail system had to be shaved at the points where the two halves meet). Eventually i want to put a 16" bull barrel on it.

I have the exact same set you have.
This was it 2-3 years ago. I didn't want to shave off the buttom rails from the stock so I just reversed that buttom part of the rail hand guard.
Now I got rid of the scope and put on a NikkoS 3-9X42mm.

Disney is SO coming after you...

ETA: have you thought about painting the rail covers the same color pink? It might blend a little better.

disney will get me for my giant mickey shin tat before they get me for my snow camo stock. and no the lighting is hard to tell but there is no pink on the gun its white, gray and lighter gray.

and i had to sand so much out of that stock to get that barrel in there but it works out and i need to sand some more under the stock so the rail will fit all dialed.

just need a harris now!!!

I'm hoping to have one of these within three weeks. I've called up several gun shops and they've told me that the 10/22 Target Tactical won't be available until Feb 1st, so I'll be placing an order for one real soon.

Was yours the 10/22 tactical that you just worked off of, or did you start from a plain old 10/22? The only modifications I'll be doing on mine is the VQ auto bolt release and some red dot optic. Everything else I'm pretty sure I'm going to leave stock.

I think they would look sick if you switched the stocks to have the stainless one with the grey stock and the blued one with the walnut stock either way very nice.

Just picked mine up today and put it all together. Installed a Volquartsen auto bolt release, and recoil bolt buffer. Red dot sight is a Vortex Strikefire. Target trigger, and extended magazine release is right from the factory, as this started out as the 10/22 VLEB (Davidson's Special, just like the 10/22 Target Tactical, but with a wood stock).
