Default Will wet tumbling with steel media deburr cases?

Im trying to justify buying a wet tumbler.

If I use steel media, and trim before tumbling, will it deburr the cases?

Thanks.

Weigh them out:

Dust or no dust.
Louder or quieter.
Overnight or 3 hours.
Disposable media or reusable media.
Old School or high tech...

I will toss mine in the tumbler overnight and it does a good enough job of deburring for FMJBT

I only tumble for about 1-2 hours IF that. But when I first got my thumler it was the slow motor so it took 4 hours.

I do not know who uses what and how fast they spin, so I was just being safe.

Seems that even 4 hours wet tumbling is faster than vibrating.

I tumble mine in crushed walnut shells overnight and it deburrs them.

Depends on the ammo, 308 send fine, but a thinner walled bullet like 6.5x47 could get deburred.

SS pins tend to beat up the case mouth so I would trim and debur after tumbling.

My uncle and friends who wet tumble says it does help deburr and chamfer the mouths somewhat.

I haven't tried it yet, so there's some secondhand info for you
