Obviously the seller believes Cali is an island in the middle of the pacific , maybe he should take the time to refresh his geography.

there is extra fees in shipping to alaska and hawaii

which is way pizza huts always exclude alaska and hawaii in their advertizements

That, or it's banned for export to foreign countries (APO addresses are usually exempt).
