Default New to Calguns.net

Hello all. I just joined Calguns a few days ago. I live in Los Angeles and I am a OIF Vet and spent eight years in the USMC. I am looking to start buying a few weapons. My eye is on the AR15 first as I feel comfortable with this weapon (this happens when you eat, sleep and crap with your M16 for seven months).

If possible I am looking for some ideas on the best places to purchase AR 15's in the LA area. I see I can go online but I'm a little leery of this for my first purchase. Thanks all and I hope I get a chance to shoot with some of you guys on the range.

Wow, it's getting crowded in here.
Just kidding. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome. Happy hunting for an AR. And maybe building one could be a project for you if you can't find any on the shelves.
