Default 10/22 tommy gun

I have been looking for a kit to build one and found a web site that has them(1022fungun.com) but when i tried to order it the page could not be displayed. I have read that someone here is also working on a kit but i haven't found any information on it other than it might be finished in 12/08. Normally i would like to build this myself but i just bought a house and am going to remodel the whole thing. I know i could wait to build it but i am very impatient sometimes and i already have a ton of other projects on hold right now. If anyone has some info that would help me i would really appreciate it thanks.

I had the opportunity to see one in person and I let me tell you, this thing is going to kick off in high gear once the word gets out on them. They look freaking sharp and the furniture is made of high quality wood.

I messed up and FAILED to take pics of one assembled already, but here is what part of the kit looks like in the box, Jacques was already transforming his Ruger 10/22 into a Tommy gun when I took the picture of this box. You can't really tell what it looks like because it is still in the wrapped up.

Well, worth every single penny.

Looks sweet, but why is there the gap between the fore grip and the barrel? It seems like that would be a stress point where the grip attaches. Any reason why a piece of wood couldn't be put in there to bridge the gap?

He is waiting for the final touches on the website from Geovario. I also bought one Friday at the BBQ. These are top notch. Walnut stocks and grips with really nice grain to them. When assembled they look, just, bad to the bone.

Because that is how a real Tommy Gun is built.

Real One:

The kit has a extremely sturdy metal bracket that holds that in place. So don't worry about the stress point.

You, know, I a good friend of mine has one and I honestly did not like it. I shot it and it felt bad.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw the 10/22 Thompson, but after I held it and shot it, I was freaking impressed with it. There was a lot of detail and work placed on the wood furniture and the rest of the parts, it feels freaking great, looks amazing and it is fun to shoot. While we were at Angeles Shooting Range, a lot of people were stopping by to look at the Thompson 10/22.

Oh, so cool! I like this better than modifying an airsoft frame to fit the 10/22.

All you need to complete the set is:

I love the 10/22 conversion Ojisan created. I desperately need to get one myself .

I'm proud to say that GeoVario hosts his website, too.

I'm going to guess that there will be a spike in demand for these kits once this movie opens.

Attach an extended body to the Ruger rotary 10 round magazines. A Thompson stick magazine body, or a drum body maybe.

Exactly what I was thinking. Stick mag with the military style kit.
