Default California 2A constitutional amendment drive ramps up

Like many (most) of you, today I received the CRPA Newswire (for July 13, 2017). It includes a blurb from with the lead, "California 2A constitutional amendment drive ramps up". If this is a legit follow on to the petition signature campaign run last year to try to stop Gunmageddon, I'm in...but they ask for substantial personal info beyond just saying, "yes, I'll sign the new petition when it becomes available - they ask for name, address, phone, and e-mail account. I read through the content on their site ( and find it lacking. The "About" page says nothing about, specifically, who is other than one, Barry Bahrami. One question only, has CRPA formally endorsed this group and this "signature commitment" effort? If so, please provide the link to the that endorsement.

Thanks you and God bless!

Already being discussed in Politics and Activism.
[Carol Ann voice]The Legislature is baaa-ack .... [/Carol Ann voice]

There is no value at all complaining or analyzing or reading tea leaves to decide what these bills really mean or actually do; any bill with a chance to pass will be bad for gun owners.

The details only count after the Governor signs the bills.
