Can you find a takedown barrel for under $150?
I'm not sure, but my intention was to put a Tac Sol barrel on it with a magpul stock. It would be cheaper than to buy a new takedown rifle.

Yep. I bought a td at full price only to dump all the oem parts for volquartsen stuff...Iíd be all over this for another build if I didnít have a pc9 td coming in. Op, are you interested in an xdm 3.8 to trade lol (I want this and extra funds to build it up)?
