I've had a few people complain about that but not sure when causes it. The only thing that seems to fix it is if you delete your temporary files. On internet explorer go to Tools | Internet Options then click "Delete Files" under temporary internet files. After that close and re-open the browser and try again. If it doesn't fix it for you then you can just call the order in on Monday. We are going to upgrade the website software soon so I hope that will solve this issue for the few people that run into it.

i had the problem too. all i did was delete my temp internet files and cookies while i was at it. all fixed

Just yesterday we had a problem where the shipping method page was crapping out - turns out the US Postal server was having issues so I had to temporarily disable US Postal as a shipping method. I'll turn it back on as soon as it seems their server is stable again.
