Default 4th Circuit's Support AWBban May End it

What would a SCOTUS win over the 4th Circuit's ruling on Maryland's AW ban mean for us in Kalifornia? No more registration or girlyman features?

A "win" includes a broad range of outcomes. What happened next would depend on the exact language SCOTUS used to overturn the lower court decision. They could kill the law there altogether or they could simply tell the lower court to re-hear the case without using a particular piece of logic in their previous decision.

Either way, nothing happens automatically for us here in California. After a decision we have to sue the state of California. The difference being whatever was put in the Kolbe SCOTUS decision would be binding precedent on the 9th circuit.

As noted, dupe, and 4th Circuit stories go to National - where there is an open thread on this.
