As mag rebuild kit. Steel HK 30rnd, steel follower, spring plate, floor plate. Very good to excellent.

What is this worth?

I am assuming this is for 223. I'd say they would fetch up to $60.00

CA price New=50-60.00

Everywhere else 30-40.00

yeah,what they said. you can find them for around $45 outside of california, but pull a bit of a premium in state.
