Default ultimax 100

what do you guys think of it? personally i dont particuarly care for the 249 although it is a good platform. however i think that something more along the lines of an rpk would be more effective the the auto rifleman role. http://world.guns.ru/machine/mg20-e.htm

Never heard of it.. RPK is good but it's so long! I can't see anyone clearing a house with it! I still think the SAW is the best partol machine gun!

The Ultimax 100 saw combat in the Balkans. Slovenia and Croatia IIRC. It sounds like a good LMG and supposedly has a very mild recoil. There used to be some parts kits on the market a few years ago.

I see nothing wrong with the 249 specially since nowadays they have the shorter bbls and collapsible stocks available for them. http://www.fnhusa.com/mil/products/f...08&mid=FNM0040 I was quite content with my SAW the short time i was a SAW gunner. much more pleasant than lugging a 240g around more 3 years.

There were a few ultimax 100 torch cut pre barrel ban kits. They were around $2500-3500.

THE NEW SAWS ARE THE ****. IF YOU NEED A LARGER ROUND THEN MOVE UP TO AN AK VARIANT. THAT THING IS WAY TO BIG TO BE DOING CWB / MOUT / CONVOYS WITH
