Default NCPPRC September Steel Match Results

Had some new shooters from Cal Guns come out this past weekend to join us.

1. Greg W. 445pts
2. Dennis Lorenzo 410pts
3. Jason Lu 390pts
4. Ed Torres 355pts
5. Don Sandretto 335pts (Had a faster time in the timed event)
6. Tom Chesterman 335pts
7. David Kerley 280pts
8. Sam Buckley 265pts
9. David Skit 260pts (Had a faster time in the timed event)
10. Craig Matsler 260pts
11. Eric Icay 245pts
12. Tim Canupp 235pts
13. Fred Sakai 225pts (Had faster time with more hits)
14. Andrew Asher 225
15. Vincent Tu 205
16. Jason Boak 160
17. Dave Davis 115
18. Chris Bartulomed 65
19. Paul Slaughter 55

On the odd numbered months we shoot the range steel. Turkey, Rams, Chickens and Pigs. 223, 308, and 3006 only Gas Guns welcomed.

Stage 1 CBS
330 Hostage Swinger (same CBS as the TBRC) Lots of misses and hits on the hostage. =(

Stage 2 Hold Overs Only
Shoot a 120yard Mini Sniper Target from MGM Targerts, transition to chicken, turkey, back to chicken and finish up at a turkey.

Stage 3 Unsupported Prone
5 rounds at 220 yards chickens.

Stage 4 Fastest Turkeys. 5 rounds/5 Turkeys 420yards
Starting from the standing. Fred Sakai cleaned all 5 in 20.27 with a bolt rifle.

Stage 5 Barricade Turkeys
5 rounds from any position you wanted from behind a barricade.

Stage 6 Pigs in the Sitting Position
5 rounds 330yard piggies

Stage 7 Pigs from the barricades with transition 6 rounds

Stage 8 Man vs Man on the 550 yard Rams.
First man to knock over all 5 rams with a 7 round maximum

Stage 9 Random Targets 10 rounds
75 seconds RO calls out next target as you break the shot. Dennis Lorenzo got 9 out of 10 in the time limit.

50 rounds COF. We finished by around 1230.

You know it man. 50 to 60 rounds on steel and 50 rounds on paper at distance per month in competition. + All the other practice sessions the guys plan.

Gotta keep the gold in Nor Cal!
