Thank you all - for your support.

We're building up quite a war-chest here - and there is nothing more terrifying to would-be tyrants than driven individuals with the will and means to defend their rights.

We'll take you up on it. "Process Server" is a role we need here and there at a certain address in Sacramento.

$25: Confirmation number: 0LR4699260053461B.

artherd:

Could you set up a monthly donation subscription for CGF through Paypal? I think CGF would benefit greatly from having this sort of donation option... I for one would like to be able to donate on a monthly basis, automatically.

Two weeks!

Had to.

We actually received our state tax exemption today. We should have the Federal in hand any day now. However, you should feel comfortable deducting your donations as the exemption is retroactive to our incorporation.

How does one become a calguns sponsor? Is there a difference between sending money to support a future assault weapons case and supporting the foundation/website? I've sent little bits of money to calguns and would like to show my appreciation on a regular basis. Especially when I'm able to advertise and sell guns for much needed cash as I've done recently. It's been fascinating to watch different types of people becoming gun owners and shooters. Thanks calguns.

Advertising on Calguns.net is through Kestryll. Giving to the foundation goes into the foundation's general fund with two and only two exceptions. If you earmark for Theseus' open cary case or Phil Dominguez's case, the money goes first to those cases and anything left over returns to the general fund.

We can use those dollars. We're in for a long but good fight against the California Handgun Roster.

Everyone make sure you tell your gun friends that are not Calgunners about the CGF and the amazing things the CGF are doing. Help them donate to this most excellent of causes.

Calguns.NET - is a for-profit website run by our own Kestryll.

The Calguns Foundation - is a non-profit (fed pending) entity with a 9-person board of directors (see link in my signature.) dedicated to legal defense of the unjustly accused, defending RKBA, and lawsuits like this

They are separate entities, with separate budgets. They are very worthy and essential causes, and I would encourage you to support them both!

Thanks for the clarification Gene. I'm sending some more money right now, a check to the address on Bridge Parkway. Thanks for the work you're doing. By the way, for some reason I'm no longer receiving email notification of new posts in the threads I subscribe to. Bob

I've sent emails to our 2 ca senators disagreeing with their positions on 99% of the issues but I always get either of these responses :"Thankyou for agreeing with my position or We'll have to agree to disagree!"The last one from feinstein was her comment that she's going to reintroduce the AW Ban!I doubt she knows or cares that an assauilt weapon by german definition is full automatic and they were banned long ago. It's a waste of time even contacting either of these 2!

We'd love to have your support on the barrel. The easiest thing to do is to sell it and have the buyer paypal or send a check to the foundation. All you need to do is give us a heads up so we can tell you when we receive the payment so you can send the merchandise.

What Gene said. I'm your treasurer, so just give me a shout and I'll get you the relevant and appropriate payment details.

Eventually we will have something better - it's in the works but is going to take a while, so please drum up all the $ for CGF you can in the mean time - it lets us kick serious butt.

If I can sell 30 more of my EBR's, I'll donate $250 to the CGF. You guys do so much for the gun owners of California, I want to show my appreciation.

Hmmmm, I just tried to send a donation but I noticed the internet sight wasn't secure. Is it? If so, then why didn't IE8 show the page as being secure?

I'll just send a check by snail-mail instead. I hope I can find the correct address easy enough.

EDIT: OK, an email was sent and I checked the first post. I take it it's still up to date and correct?
