California Rifles is proud to announce the new B-15 Bullet Button.
![]() The B-15 Bullet Button can be installed and removed in seconds. Please watch this video to see it in action: ![]() The B-15 includes a Prince50 mag button which must be installed prior to use. If you already have a Prince50 installed you can simply attach the B-15 to your existing Prince50. Included with each B-15 is the Prince 50 mag button, 3/32 hex wrench, spring and screw: ![]() The best part is I am shipping them to the following retailers tomorrow: Coldwar Shooters LAN World Inc Riflegear.com Irvington Arms Ten Percent Firearms Spike's Tactical The price is $35 I only had 100 made for the first run, so expect them to sell out fast. More will arrive very soon. The B-15 has been in development for many months, and while it is a simple device, the design was painfully hard to engineer. It is already patent pending. The device is machined from aluminum and hard anodized. Mr. Prince50 himself is manufacturing the B-15 for California Rifles, so you can rest assured the quality is excellent. Much to the dismay of the California DOJ, the B-15 has many fantastic uses. Some which are: - When you switch your rifle between your U-15 stock or MMG to pistol grip and stock, the B-15 is perfect. - Every time you switch your pistol grip AR-15 back and forth from .22LR to 5.56, the B-15 is perfect. - When you find yourself in a free state, the B-15 is perfect. I hope you like it! -Grant ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Toolbox X; 07-11-2008 at 10:57 AM.. |

Are you selling them as well, or just through the vendors? If you're selling them yourself, I'd love to stop on by and pick one up ASAP.
I drove down and picked up a U15 stock from you a year or so ago, if you remember me. (7'0", helped load a bbq or something into the back of someones truck) |

It's a Prince50 button underneath, but Grant told me it wasn't coming with the set screw (is that still the case?).

I'm thinking the screw does move in and out as it is screwed into the prince50. *still speculation* The screw goes through the provided spring, and the screw head sits below the B-15's surface so you can't remove the screw by hand. So when you push the prince50 in with the bullet tip, the screw also goes down further into the B-15's body with the prince50 as one piece, and is assisted by the provided spring to go back to its rest position. Again that's just what I think. I'm probably totally off.

![]() I've seen the B15 in person and used it, and the best I can come to describing how it works is something like this: The shroud is held in place to the mag release button by the screw (which goes through the spring). The shroud is held firmly to the receiver by the screw, but the spring ensures that there is enough tension and freedom of movement that the mag release button can still be depressed. There's just enough movement for the button to be pressed with the bullet, while still keeping the shroud locked tight in place. In my (extremely limited experience with the prototype), it was slightly harder to depress the mag release with a bullet than it is with a regular bullet button; fair trade off in my mind, however.

Can someone explain exactly how it works?
Im assuming what makes this one different is that you can remove the screw and it functions as a "stock" type push button magazine release and with the screw in you need a tool to remove the magazine? *edit* nevermind, I can see how it works. You have the "stock" mag release albeit another hole for this screw to attach to it. And the bb goes over the stock mag release. Therefore, when you go out of state, you simply unscrew the small allen and the bb comes off, leaving you with a push button. Nice idea. Last edited by what2be; 05-29-2008 at 8:52 AM.. |

Same here - I already have a couple of Prince 50s. Will you be selling just the BB adapter for them?
