Fine Firearms in La Mesa seems to always have a good selection of milsurps and older long guns. I've seen Arisakas, Garands, 1903s, and M1 Carbines there.
Royal Pawn also gets a ton of milsurps. I bought my Garand from them, CMP Service Grade H&R for $900. I also bought a Carbine there; import-marked (Blue Sky) Inland made in 1944 for $650. Southern CA gun on convoy across the street from Big-5 should have some . I've not been there in a couple years but they used to have a lot in there both guns and ammo . I never liked there prices so I don't shop there often .
