Not true. Sac Sheriffs stopped doing changes for a while because they were so backlogged. But they started offering 'modifications appointments' again about two months ago. They started offering appointments for new CCWs at that same time.

I support the Sac Sheriff for being so supportive of us Sacramento gun owners.

Yuba county isn't on your list but there's a good amount of properties with acreage available. It took 2 months to receive mine through Yuba and about 10 months for my buddy to receive his through Sac county.

The problem with that is having to live in Yuba County.

There are much better places in Yuba County than Wheatland.
