Alternative to LTC / LUCC
Since we are a ways away from shall issue in every county -
I thought of another possible loophole to being able to legally carry. The slides on a Glock are pretty quick and easy to install - What if someone carried an unloaded Glock frame in a LTC holster without the slide installed - And had the slide in the chest pocket of their suit coat? (Mags in another pocket or holder...) Obviously this is not as desirable as actual LTC - But seems much faster to make-ready than the legally debatable LUCC. Is this a viable alternative...?

Weather or not this would be legal (don't think it is) the fact that we even have to think about something like this shows that our rights are most definitely being infringed upon. I do not care what the antis say about "the meaning of the 2a" I'm sure there intentions were not that we would have to consider carrying a disassembled gun for self defense.
Sorry, rant over. |

Bingo!
Transport your handgun frame the same way you would transport a fully assembled handgun. Remember, penal codes do not have exemptions for "partial" or "un-assembled" firearms.
