Hey CalGunners, thought I’d reach out to those living in the South Bay, LA & Orange County areas who are thinking of selling.

Simple Listing Terms:
• Commission – Commissions are negotiable by law, please call me for a confidential no-obligation conversation.
• Listing Period – 60 days but you can cancel (free) any time for any reason if you’re not happy with my service. That’s how confident I am that we will work great together to get your property sold.

Expert Seller Representation:
I work for YOU, in the most professional, honest, and transparent way while always putting your needs first. I’m not a serial “double-ender”. In today’s hyper-competitive market buyers often try to strategize buying thru the seller’s agent with the expectation of getting “the seller’s lowest price” since the seller’s agent would get both sides of the commission. Doesn’t work with me! I always put my seller’s needs first and have a simple strategy on how to avoid getting caught up in dual representation without losing a potential buyer for your property. Furthermore, I handle all critical aspects of your transaction myself. Your home is likely the most valuable asset you own so you can rest assured knowing that your transaction will be managed by a highly experienced professional.

I tailor a marketing plan specific to each listing, and leverage experience & technology for full market exposure. Through a unique multi-media marketing campaign that includes social media and Internet marketing, professional photos and virtual tours, and by leveraging the assets of the MLS, Zillow and Redfin, my listings are exposed to the largest number of agents and buyers possible. From there, I take measures to ensure all Buyer offers are screened and submitted with the appropriate documentation to ensure they’re closable. No 2-day sales with me – a rushed sale means less $ in your pocket at closing. That’s why, with your approval of course, I will hold a Broker’s Open and one weekend of public open houses prior to negotiating any offers. This strategy allows me to provide full exposure of your property to the market. It’s more work for me but it helps ensure you’re getting the highest price from the best pool of buyers.
