Default Kel-Tec KSG CA Legal?

I was looking at a post and saw a picture of the Kel-Tec KSG and I really want one now. Their website says they'll be available at the end of this year but it says that it has 2 magazine tubes each capable of holding 7 rounds (so 14). I was wondering if this would be CA legal because of the 10 round limilt. The way they have it designed you can only shoot using one tube at a time so would it be CA legal since it's kind of like having two less than ten round magazines?

Note: It meets the 18" (18.5") barrel and 26" (26.1") OAL and is a pump action...

I was also looking at the CalGuns SG Flow Chart and it doesn't mention holding more than ten, or having a tube that holds more than ten. I saw these half sized shotgun shells they sell for the mini SB shotguns, would it be legal to load the mini shells into a regular shotgun if the shotgun could hold more than ten of them?

Something to do with the KSG being a pump action and selector switch for either magazine tube makes it Kali legal. As per Turners.

Detachable magazines are the ones with the limit. Fixed and tube magazines don't apply.

incorrect. the 10-round limit does apply to fixed and tube mags (with exemptions for lever-action and .22lr). Transfering a shotgun witha 11-round mag, fixed or tube, would be a violation of the large-cap mag ban.

It technically counts as a reload, right? Either way, I'll try to get one before they put a ban on tubefed

Sooo... are they CA legal or not?!

I've read all the posts, and... it looks to be, they are NOT.

... can someone NAIL this, and quit with the hear-say and their own interpretations of the written law?!

I'd love to get me one, and your stomping on my window shopping.

Yes. I have one. There are some in for sale section. The tube mag is 7, there are two of them, not semi auto but pump. It hits every loophole. the real question is can you buy one for less than 2X MSRP?

It is legal. That was established quite a while ago. You've missed the bus by about 2 years.
