Default Lead-free .30-30 options?

Looking for lead-free .30-30 bullets to reload.

I found these:

https://www.natchezss.com/nosler-e-t...tip-50-ct.html
Anyone have experience with them?

Are Hornady FTX’s considered leadfree?
How about rn copper solids?

Just looking for hunting options as i start reloading. Thx in advance

These guys too.

I've shot CEB in Africa, and loaded some for my 460 Rowland and they are EXCELLENT bullets. Pricey, but very good, very accurate, and they kill stuff D-E-D.

The FTX is not lead free, Hornady's lead free .30-30 bullet is the MonoFlex.

RN copper solids would be a no go for hunting in CA and a bad idea for hunting big game in general. A .30 caliber hole is not very big, and RN bullets can deflect oddly and often don't actually make even a caliber sized hole (let alone a larger one). Most people using solids start around .375 caliber with a large meplat.

The Barnes bullet of the 30-30 works quite well.

The Barnes 150 TSX works fine in the 30-30. I used it on Ca. hogs a few years ago. Pretty much DRT. Good working bullet and accurate.
