Thumbs down Does your range have a rule about picking up your brass?

Today I went to my local range that I frequent atleast once a month an they have a new casino rule, if your personal property (brass) touches the ground you can't pick it up. To me it seems that they are wanting you to fill their resource for brass and may play it off as a safety thing. Does your range do this? And if they do what is their Reasoning behind it?

On a good note my first batch of reloads worked 100% and were consistent. Too bad I can't have my brass back
