Default Ruger mkiii project

Hey guys just want to share my Mkiii project. It's almost complete, I'm just waiting on the Hi-viz sight and it's done.

Years ago there was a vid of a guy whom cut two mags and JB welded them together. He claimed it worked fine, I think it gave him 15/16 rounds. Not suggesting anything illegal here. Sure the video is long gone.

It used to be a 22/45, I installed a volquartsen frame assembly. Defeated the loaded chamber indicator. I Drilled and tapped the barrel and installed a tac sol rail. Got the upper cerakoted flat black. I made a custom mag base and made a custom rear sight for it with fiber optic inserts.

I like the look of the volquartsen lower. I wish they sold it stripped.
