This was my first attempt before I knew any of the cool tricks. Still effective and pretty versatile.

This is my second attempt, next I think I'm going to do something with my Mini.

She loves this one, and loves showing it off to the girls at the range.
That was my daughters old rifle when she was 7, now she's 10 and has a 10/22. The single shot was passed down to her 5 yr old sister. Here's a pic of the new attempt at a pink camo job. She still loves showing it off to the other female shooters

It's kind of inspired by the Socom 16 urban camo job that Springfield does.

Lots of good ideas for camo. I'm getting ready to do mine, just looking for the perfect screen/netting for the pattern I'm looking for.

I posted my Glock picture back on page 4 of this thread, saying that it was my duracoat testbed for a future AR job. Well It's been done ... here she is.

Sorry for the slightly crappy photo - wish my photographic trigger finger worked as well as on a firearm.

here's mine. it's not pretty but i'm not picky when it comes to camo jobs on my rifles. Krylon paint job and used part of a camo net for the pattern.

not sure when i'll paint my bushmaster yet.

Very nice job....was this a spray can, duracoat, or cerakote job? Did you put a clear coat over it to protect it? Do you do work for others?

i have the same setup but the angle of the stock is too low for me to cheek weld and see my red dot.

It's the lowest they offer. (from 3 dif sizes).

It's perfect on mine + red dot cowitness with irons even on regular stock. This is just slightly better.

Well, I don't think I can officially call it a camo job, but It went from all black to Coyote Brown with black webbing. I really like how it came out. Did a Matte clear coat on it for durability.

Before:

Its a repost from another thread where I kind of did a tutorial of sorts, but I really like how it came out. I didn't want a solid color and the look was perfect for me. Reminds me of a Remington Sendero stock a bit with alternate colors. I am doing these for people if you want to send them in by the way. You can PM me for prices.

Man there are some great looking paint jobs in this thread... Really making me want to paint my AK.

This is not mine, but so far it is my favorite paint job I have come across. Thinking about trying to recreate it on my AK74.

Just wish I could remember where I saved it from...

I am very jealous of all you who were able to do such amazing work on your firearms with your own hands! I wimped out and had someone hydrograph my AR for me It did turn out very nice, but I do not have the luxury of saying I did it myself like so many of you.

Not the most recent picture, but it gives a general idea. I recently upgraded the YHM flip-up front sight/gas block, YHM QDS flip up rear sight and a YHM 5M1 comp/break. I will try to update the pics soon.

The camo job was done by Shark Bite Custom and was done with a water transfer process in Desert Digital.
