Pretty neat, thanks for posting. I'm still amazed at the machines we have now-a-days that can make such precise movements so fast. It blows my mind.

Recently picked up some CCI mini-mags for the first time, and I'm impressed by how clean the ammo is (literally). I'm used to the stuff that makes your fingers look like you were daintily picking away at a coal mine all day.

The price is twice as high as any other .22 I've come across though, so I usually just save it for friends when they shoot so they don't have to clear the firearm every fifthteen jam or so from cheaper ammo.

4 Million rounds a day and they still can't keep it on the shelves, that's insane.

Especially when you think that's it's strictly civilians consuming it. As far as I know, Govt's aren't stockpiling it.

As was posted in one of the other threads...

4 million rounds a day at only 100 rounds per person is only enough for 40,000 people.

4 million rounds is only equivalent to 8,000 500 round bulk packs.

It's really not that much ammo if you divide it up between people actually shooting.

I still think it's a lot considering this is just one company. How much is Federal, Winchester, and Remington producing each day? And it's still hard to find.

Combined, they're making a crapload. However just looking at a number of 4 million a day out of 1 manufacturer is hardly any at all once to divide that out across gun owners who actually shoot in the US(and possibly even less per shooter if CCI is using the same plant for other regions).

I want that press! That way I only need to press once to get 1200 round! I dont have to spend 1-2 hours for that and my wife would be much happier. haha.

That was fun to watch.

However, IMO, Jim Scoutten's out of date "old school" radio host voice is annoying. LOL, it almost sounds as bad as the "tactical whisper".

The real cool part of this is that someone/some company made the MACHINES for making the ammo. Pretty cool! My friend in Canada showed me around his Dad's tool & die company (they make tools/dies for car companies) and it's crazy the cost of these things!

Can we sign a petittion to CCI and just say "Hey, just focus on mini mags for the next 4 months, don't worry, we'll buy them all, just don't switch the tooling around, just crank out mini mags as fast as you can"

Great video. I have a case of their mini mag and another of their stinger I bought late last summer - untouched since I effed up my knee and had an operation not long after I bought it. I've only been shooting once since then, and want to finish up the other stuff I have before I get into those cases..

This video makes me glad I don't work in a factory, especially the inspection part where they spend all day just looking at primed cases.
