Default Missing BCG part

Good day,

I purchased a premium BCG back in November order #32102379472 and waited until I received my upper order to use it. I noticed when cycling dummy rounds the bcg would not eject the casing. Upon inspection and tear down of the bcg, I noticed it's missing the ejector spring. I email your CS on 1/3/17 with a picture of the face of the bolt and received no response.

How to I go about getting a ejector spring? Thanks in advance.
