Default NY man found with loaded .32 Smith and Wesson revolver

Because he was drinking wine on the sidewalk.. in public. What an interesting load mix. Looks like three .32 S&W cartridges and two .32 ACP's.

You have to be careful with those 32s. If you shoot someone with one, and they find out about it, they're going to be pretty pissed off about it.

It's not knotted rope- it's "tactical twine". A tier one operator would know that.

Looks like it could have been made from one of those fancy paracord survival operator bracelets

This clearly didn't happen, since it's illegal to carry guns in public like that

I guess if you have a gun that predates the 1912 Sullivan law you could keep it.

It's NYC, everyone has a good reason to be armed.

The 'tactical twine' was probably used as a half-fast lanyard.

Is this wino the real Paul Kersey by any chance?

Depending what that guy gets charged with he is looking at

Class C felony- Not less than 3.5 years not more than 15
Class D felony- Not less than 2 years not more than 7
Class A misdemeanor- not more than 1 year

Over reaction to non-crimes by State loyalists. If they keep up their heavy handed crap, soon it'll be a better gamble to shoot at cops before they even start bothering you considering the amount of time they're willing to put you in prison for if you cooperate.

Seems like that pendulum is about to shift.

This comment is FTW...

“He said he wouldn’t resist, he wouldn’t run. And he didn’t.”
Which is why he wasn't shot or otherwise dealt with forcefully.
Are you paying attention, "community organizers" (aka race hustlers)??

Good thing the caliber was a .32, so he cannot be charged with possession of a dangerous weapon.

I wouldn't convict if I was on the jury. As far as I'm concerned everyone in NYC has a valid reason to be armed.

The string kinda looks like a shoelace, I'm surprised ATF didn't show up to confiscate an illegal machine gun.
