Default Northrop Grumman

I work for the electronics systems branch of NG in Virginia and it's a fantastic company to work for. There are a lot of jobs available, but we hire from within usually. That didn't stop me from getting a job there though. I found out about a job opening and submitted my resume and started calling them weekly. I eventually got called in for an interview and was hired. I get e-mails periodically for in-house openings and I'll post those here. In the mean time, if you're interested, check out the NG website and apply for the jobs posted there. You'll submit a resume to the HR department and it'll probably just sit there until they get desperate and need to hire someone. Once you submit your resume, find out who the dept head is and start calling that person directly, and send them a copy of your resume as well.

Here's one to get you started...
