The natural thing is to choose words like "tactical" and "multifunction" since that is what it does, but those words are overplayed. If you really want to brand your product, I'd keep it simple.

IMO I'd just keep it simple and catchy like Plate Mate or Plate Pal maybe Flak Sack honestly it looks like a Life Vest - Life Saver might get you in legal / copyright trouble jk lol oh I got it The Life Preserver

The Messenger or DSTMB Don't shoot the messenger bag is kinda long but I like those also
