What's the issue with NSCA events? It's the governing body for sporting clays. I'm a life member.

It's the same events you guys have been shooting, just a few bucks more. If you're an NSSA member, you can crossover no charge.

To be honest, I have a shoot card with plenty on it. I was hoping to shoot on the cheap, you understand this don't you? But since I want to go there for other reasons, I may shoot the NSCA event, it wouldn't be the first one I've done.
The difference in cost is $0.00 out of pocket for practice vs $96 to shoot the event.

$96 ???

Is that pesos or American money? It's that what they're charging for an NSCA tournament these days?

THAT'S INSANITY !!

Yeah, I haven't shot a registered event in almost a year. I was doing 2 or 3 a month, it is expensive for sure.
Now with the STUPID Ca ammo law, my shell costs have gone up about 40%. I never thought it was worth it to reload 12ga, but now I'm going to.

I just bought a used MEC 9000g at a good price, it even came with about 2500 wads, 1000 of which are usable to me.
