Default 30 Carbine Speer 110 gr semi jacketed Hollow Point

Has anyone loaded any 30 carbine with Speer 110 gr jacketed hollow points for a M1 Carbine? If so, what did you seat the bullet at COAL that would allow it to feed? Im planning on using Winchester 296 and in theory depending on which manual you look at you can load up to 15 grs with 296, however if the speer bullet needs to be seated deeper, what would you suggest as a starting load with 296? Depending on how deep the bullet is seated I am not sure decreasing bt 10% would be enough?
Thx
OD

I the Speer #14 Manual, they recommend a C.O.L. of 1.635" with their # 1835 110 H.P bullet.

With W-296, they recommend a charge of: 13 grs. to a max of 15 grs.

762 Thanks Dude, I don't know how I missed that in the manual. Would you believe this has been driving me nuts trying to figure out COAL and the answer was right under my nose, I can't believe I missed that.
Thanks again
