BMT Lackland AFB Tx, Jan-Feb 1971. Flight 3708 (most of us from CA). Retired 1 Sept '91. Security Police. Wish I could do it again!
If you kill enough of them, they stop fighting. Curtis LeMay Every soldier thinks something of the moral aspects of what he is doing. But all war is immoral and if you let that bother you, you're not a good soldier. Curtis LeMay Last edited by FXDWG; 08-14-2016 at 4:47 PM.. |

It was an honor to serve with him, I look up to him. We're friends on facebook now. Its so weird, you hate them for 2 months, then the remainder of your time, you look up to them. Facking mind games

I realized I posted two years ago right after boot camp. I graduated ITB with Alpha Company as a Rifleman. I'm now an NCO with Marines of my own. Weird trip back down (recent) memory lane. Time flies.

They must re use those company numbers there as I was in company 941 Oct 1975 - Feb 1976 (Honor Guard). That was back in the day of the busboys uniform (I was mistaken for a busboy at Anthony's by the sea, San Diego, when my parents came out to see me in late 1976)
