Requirements To Issue FSC Instructor License
What are the required credentials for someone and/or a company to be able to issue FSC Instructor Training/Licenses?

Maybe try contacting one of the existing instructors.. i'm not sure.

I recall something about that, but it was quite some time ago and as I recall it was difficult.

The process to because an instructor of instructors, the question that you asked. It was quite some time ago and I think it was on this forum.
As I recall it is difficult to get certified to be able to issue instructor permits. Call the CA DOJ FSC and they should be able to tell you.

As I recall, DOJ gave the original classes and to my knowledge they are the only ones that can give the classes to FS instructors. Could be wong...
