Default NRA Marksmanship Program??

Hello everyone,
Just wondering if these was any NRA marksmanship programs located in the San Jose area? I am kind of interested in taking the pistol and rifle courses and see what happens from there. Other than what I read online from the NRA website....any other info or insight would be greatly appreciate. Thanks again.

Its a fun program. You can do it by your self (except the last rank)

Hey Chaos47... thanks for the link and info. That was a good read and seems like something I would like to do. Honestly I rather take a course lead and held event vs doing it myself. I know it's based on the honor system and I can do the course at my local range but I prefer classroom style structure classes. I dunno what it is but I just do better in groups or classes vs individually. Maybe that I am in a group/class of people trying to achieve that same goals as I am. I'm hoping they may offer a event somewhere around my area. I don't mind driving to events but Inland Empire is kind of far for me and I drove 1 1/2 hrs for an Appleseed event....which I enjoyed and learned a lot.

Are you more interested for the program or to improve your marksmanship?
